Is there a notification for challenges?
Challenge notifications go out as email, so setup email notifications on your phone or desktop to monitor for challenges.
You can also just refresh the My Challenges page.
We also have a Discord for player communication.
Why doesn’t my challenge show up?
Make sure you set the time in the future a bit.
Do I need to report scores when reporting match results?
Yes, use the comments box to record round results for bo3 and frag totals for NA v SA.
How does reporting work?

One person reports the win/loss.
The other person confirms or dispute’s the report.
